By purchasing any art goods sold under the business “Kuvittaja Ichigonya” (Finnish Business ID / Y-tunnus 3396588-8) on this website, you agree to consider the possibility of delays in production and delivery time DUE TO THE ARTIST’S HEALTH. You acknowledge the fact that the artist is a chronically ill and disabled person, still in active treatment, and that their health MUST come before any professional duty. You acknowledge the artist’s medical team’s judgment on the artist’s well-being (CURRENTLY STATED TO BE IN NEED OF ACTIVE TREATMENT) and agree to comply with any possible delay due to these circumstances.

By purchasing any goods sold by the aforementioned business, you hereby acknowledge the fact that the artist is NOT working full-time, and therefore they cannot be held to the same expectations as a full-time business owner. However, the artist IS obligated to let the customers know when discrepancies in the scheduling happen, whatever the reason for it may be.

“Kuvittaja Ichigonya” is not obligated to pay value-added-taxes (VATs) to the Finnish Government as per the Value-Added-Tax Act and the 2025 statute on small businesses and their legal rights to remain VAT-free. Customers will not have to pay any taxes when buying products sold under the business name “Kuvittaja Ichigonya”.

All printed goods (fine art prints, stickers etc.) sold by “ichigonya” are produced by a local printing studio operating in the artist’s small hometown in Eastern Finland. This studio has been the main collaborator with “ichigonya” since 2022. By buying printed goods, you are also supporting a local small business!

The production time for printed goods is 1–7 business days, depending on the current stock. Big stocks of products are NOT maintained.

‘OTHER PRODUCTS’ refers to physical items that the artist is NOT able to produce locally (eg. acrylic charms, stands etc).

Production time for physical items that are not printed goods is up to 4 weeks. The artist produces these products in small batches, based on the monthly demand from customers. This is to prevent financial losses caused by holding unused stock.

AT THE END OF EACH MONTH, the artist places a production order of the purchased physical items. The production time is determined from the THE DATE OF THE PRODUCTION ORDER the artist has sent to the service provider.

Depending on the amount of purchased items, the package may be shipped as a parcel instead of a letter. In this case, the delivery time may vary from that of printed goods.

For the sake of saving up in shipping fees, your order of both printed products and other goods such as charms will be shipped once ALL PRODUCTS are available. This way, you won’t have to pay for shipping twice.

When you purchase items in the “OTHER PRODUCTS” category, please keep in mind that you might have to pay for small customs fee when receiving the package. The amount is determined by the custom legislation of your own country.

PRINTED PRODUCTS ARE NOT SUBJECTED TO CUSTOMS.
